Cold Lake, AB – The City of Cold Lake will begin to issue 2023 pet licences at City Hall and online today.

Cold Lake, AB - The Canadian Public Works Association (CPWA) has selected Cold Lake as the winner of the CPWA 2022 Nation Public Works Week (NPWW) award. Cold Lake, AB – In response to unique challenges presented to Ukrainian refugees arriving in Cold Lake, City Council has taken steps to provide additional support to the displaced Ukrainians who have fled the war in their home country.

Cold Lake, AB – The City of Cold Lake was able to modernize its backup transit fleet after two buses similar to Cold Lake Transit’s newest models came up for auction.
After staff determined that the buses were in working condition and could be integrated in the fleet, a budget was allocated for the auction. The city was able to place winning bids of $7,000 on each of two 2006 NovaBus Model LFS. The buses will be rewrapped to the Cold Lake Transit branding and will replace the city’s 1992 MCI buses....
